Hello there everyone! So this isn't nearly as done as it will be. Finally getting my act together and working on it, though. The skirt is done minus having a hoop skirt, which I'll make soon enough so that the skirt REALLY flies out and you'll be able to see all the panels clearer. I'm going to shorten the sleeves a little and then make black flare cuffs on the end. Also have to make a hat with a blue lightbulb out the top. Ordered a big St. Johns Ambulance button, too, that I think I'm going to pin on to my left chest like a button and hang a pocketwatch and key from it.

I have white gloves with a black button, white tights, black pumps, white ankle socks, and a flowly brunette retro wig but none of those are essential just quite yet. But once everything's together that should make up the whole package!

I was a bit concerned at first that since I decided on a white shirt, it would be harder to know that I'm the TARDIS. I know not all the elements are there yet, but to all the Dr. Who fans, were you still able to recognize it without a blue shirt?

I'm also considering having a little blue capelet over it that's only like ... elbow's length seeing how this con is majorly outdoors in February. I might need a little something more than thin, short sleeves!

Did you make the skirt? O: If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for the lettering on the waistband? It's adorable! I'm planning on making a TARDIS outfit to wear to my friend's geek prom at her library, I'm so excited by all these inspirations. XD It kind of helps me make my own special mash of styles, haha.

I am so in love with this dress!

I'm going to a time travel themed convention in april and was looking for costume inspiration when I came over this, and I adore it! I hope you wont mind if I try to make something similar. I will of course credit you if I ever post a picture of it!
